I have called these people multiple times (+ 8X) and have found that the call center in the Philippines SUCKS! Poorly trained CSR's with poor English skills and only able to read off a screen.
LONG waits to speak to anyone who can resolve my billing issue. If I had known that AETNA had such poor customer service and billing support in the Philippines, I would NEVER have chosen them as my Medicare provider.
